Dreamgirls superstar Beyoncé Knowles will strut back to ‘50s Chicago to play famed singer Etta James in musical drama Cadillac Records.
And with Casino Royale’s Jeffrey Wright playing blues hero Muddy Waters and Adrien Brody on board as record exec Leonard Chess, the cast is really hotting up.
The film charts the lives of the decade’s greatest American musical legends like Little Walter and Howlin’ Wolf. No word on who’ll play Elvis yet. We’re guessing Bruce Campbell hasn’t had a call. Yet.
