Hard Candy’s David Slade has been in the frostier regions of New Zealand for months shooting the adaptation of Steve Niles’ beloved vampire graphic novel 30 Days Of Night.
And now we’re getting a glimpse of the action as a small Alaskan town – which, thanks to the Earth’s rotation suffers through a month-long sun-free period every year – is invaded by fanged nasties after an all-you-can-bite buffet.
With Josh Hartnett and Melissa George as the sheriff and his wife battling to save the townsfolk from an undead siege, the movie stalks these shores in November. But you can watch the trailer here.
