It’s been rumoured for ages and now it’s become real: Brad Pitt has signed on to Quentin Tarantino’s World War Two pic Inglorious Bastards.
He’ll be playing Lt. Aldo Raines, a hillbilly soldier who assembles the titular team. And that’s not all – his casting comes on the heels that BJ Novak of the US version of The Office is also on board.
Wait, there’s even more! According to Variety, Simon Pegg is near a deal to play a British squaddie who interacts with the Bastards as they aim to destroy as many Germans as possible.
