A new featurette exploring the origin’s of Frank Miller’s take on Will Eisner's The Spirit is now online.

There’s some fresh footage from the movie and it also serves as the perfect introduction to the comic book source for anyone who hasn’t read it.

Which, given that it’s a much more obscure title that had its heyday years ago, isn’t all that surprising.
