Christopher Eccleston joins Amelia

As a man who used to spend time finding his way through time and space in the TARDIS, Christopher Eccleston knows how to navigate. At least, we assume he does. He really did become Dr Who, right?
He’ll be putting those skills on film as Fred Noonan in Mira Nair’s Amelia Earhart biopic. Noonan was the man who flew with Earhart (Hilary Swank) on most of her trips, guiding her travels.
He’s joining the likes of Richard Gere, Virginia Madsen and Ewan McGregor, and Variety is looking at the charts.
