The new Sony ‘toon gets a promo

Sony has released a trailer for its latest 3D animated release. Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs.

Based on the kids’ book by Judi and Ron Barrett, Cloudy adapts the original tale to one of ever-tinkering scientist Flint Lockwood (Bill Hader), who thinks he’s hit the big time when he invents a machine that converts water to food.

But trouble arises when the foodstuffs falling from the sky start to take on giant proportions.

So far, so standard ‘toon stuff, but the voice cast is definitely interesting – SNL types Andy Samberg and Hader, Anna Faris, James Caan, Bruce Campbell and last, but certainly no means least, fools… Mr T.

That alone makes it worth the watch, even if it does have a moral about being yourself or dental hygiene. But check out the trailer below and tell us whether you want to see it.
