Danny Huston, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, John Ortiz and Kelli Garner have signed on to the drama Spectacular Regret.
It’s not a drama about the opening of the new Terminal 5 at Heathrow; it’s actually about a death row prisoner (Jackson) who has become something of a celebrity. Much like Crash, the plot will also follow four interconnected Los Angeles dealing with their pasts.
Joshua Leonard – still best remembered for The Blair Witch Project – will direct. Variety is watching the connections.
