David Slade doing the Unthinkable

30 Days Of Night helmer nabs terror thriller

Sheffield’s finest living director, David Slade, is jumping from the war on bloodsuckers to the war on terror for his next film.

He’s agreed to direct hot-button thriller The Unthinkable, which will see a group of anti-terror investigators go all Jack Bauer on a suspect who may or may not hold the key to stopping a nuclear attack on the US.

The Cell’s Tarsem Singh had been in the director’s chair, according to Variety’s report but to be honest we think it’s in safer hands with Slade. But come on DS – get that Neverwhere deal sorted sometime as well… please?
