Okay, we admit it. Maybe our assumptions were wrong.
First of all we thought Slumdog Millionaire was just going to be about a game show. Then we watched a clip from the movie and it was far gritter than we expected.
And now, the star of the film has impressed us in an interview. Dev Patel (UK eyes will know him from Skins) was articulate, intelligence and charming when we met him. See for yourself below.
