DreamWorks Animation’s The Croods gets a trailer: watch now

Emma Stone and Nicolas Cage are cave-people

The Croods, the caveman CG-animation from DreamWorks has revealed a new trailer online (via iTunes Movie Trailers).

Set to hit cinemas next year, the Flintstones-esque fable documents the lives of a cave-family who never wander far from their abode under the stern of advice of their patriarch, Grug (Nicolas Cage, working the laidback surfer-dude vibe).

When ‘free-spirited’ daughter Eep (Emma Stone), sets off on her own little adventure, the Croods discover that there’s a world beyond their musty hovel.

Taking place circa… honestly, we’ve got know idea when this is set. It seems to be taking a leaf out of the Ice Age history books (and don’t expect to find the beasts they encounter in any encyclopedia).

Watch the first trailer for The Croods below now:

The first poster for The Croods has also been unveiled:

The Croods opens in the UK on 22 March 2013.

Will you give this animation a chance? Or do you plan to stick with your Flintstones boxset? Comment now!

LOOKS like this mess advocates the misguided atheistic, demonic theory of "EVOLUTION". Take it from ME, my kids and I shall be OUTSIDE our local theatre PICKETING THIS SATANISTIC HEAP. I'LL ALSO EXPECT TO SEE OTHERS OUTSIDE THEIR LOCAL THEATRE TOO. I never even go to the theatre to see these movies because they're all BORN OF SIN but I'll make an exception to STAND OUTSIDE OF IT AND DELIVER THE LORD'S RIGHTEOUS MESSAGE.

By not believeing in evolution you do God a huge disjustice. If you were to believe that God desgined and created evolution - which is no mean feat - that would be His best miracle yet.

This is no place for a debate though. Let me know where you will be picketing and I will pop down for an informed and scientific discussion and you can bring all your evidence of creationism.

There is no "evidence" for creationism! Don't you think most of it would have succumb to WATER DAMAGE from God's great flood, where Noah saved mankind!? USE SCIENCE AND LOGIC AND REALISE WE ONLY HAD STONE TABLETS AND PAPER BACK THEN. WATER DAMAGES BOTH. Go take your graphs and photographic lies that SCIENTISTS have spoonfed you and take them to a priest. See what HE says!

So you won't see Monsters Inc because Monsters don't exist. Or Cars because cars don't talk etc etc

Give the priest a break. He gets one hour on the internet then it's back to molesting little boys.
