Having already sold a few more international rights to the Shutter Island (because, honestly, who wouldn’t want to buy ‘em), Martin Scorsese has added a few more thesps to his all-star line-up, which already includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Michelle Williams, Sir Ben of Kingsley and Patricia Clarkson.
Headed by boat to the island are Emily Mortimer, Max von Sydow and Jackie Earle Haley. The plot, for those who need a refresher, finds US marshals DiCaprio and Ruffalo investigating what happened to a woman who vanished from a hospital for the criminally insane. But corruption, a hurricane and an inmate riot leave them trapped.
