Usually when celebrities are attached to documentaries, it’s for worthy humanitarian causes, or world travel, or both. But not Erica Bana.
Nope, for two years the Australian thesp has been shooting a doc chronicling his 25-year love affair with a 1974 Ford Falcon Coupe, as part of a meditation on friends, hobbies and life in general.
There’s no word yet on whether we’ll get to see it on these shores (so far it only has an Aussie release date), but with Jeremy Clarkson among those interviewed, it can only be a matter of time. And if the acting work suddenly dries up, this means Bana can always apply to Top Gear for a job…
