Eva Mendes joins The Other Guys

Michael Keaton and Damon Wayans Jr also aboard

Adam McKay and Will Ferrell's next comedy project - The Other Guys - has hired a girl (Eva Mendes) and two more men in the shape of Michael Keaton and Damon Wayans.

There's no word on what role any of them will be playing (anyone hoping for Keaton as a villain?), but they'll be starring alongside Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, who feature as two less-than-adequate cops.

The script's by McKay and Chris Henchy, and should start shooting next month, aiming to be out next August.
