Singer Fergie is continuing to push her way into the movie business. She’s snagged small roles in the likes of Grindhouse and as an ill-fated performer on board the Poseidon.
Now she’s stepping up into something bigger, joining the cast of Rob Marshall’s movie musical adaptation Nine. She’ll lay Saraghina, the woman who introduces Daniel Day-Lewis’ leading character Guido to the wonders of sex. Sounds like a perfect role for her…
Marshall kicks off shooting here in October and Variety has its dancing shoes on.
