Back in January, we reported that Bill Murray had stepped in to replace Toby Kebbell in Mitch Glazer’s directorial debut, Passion Play.
The flick, which also stars Megan Fox and Mickey Rourke, has been quietly shooting since then.
Well, EW has just revealed the first image from the film (below, click for hi-res), and spoke to Rourke about his involvement.
According to him, Fox is “probably the best young actress I’ve ever worked with”. Which will surely get Marisa Tomei’s hackles raised all over again, even if she isn't that much of a spring chicken anymore. Head over to EW to read more chat with the comeback king.
In Passion Play, Rourke stars as a trumpet player who saves Fox’s angel from Murray’s mobster, the brilliantly named Happy Shannon.
Murray previously worked with Glazer on Scrooged, which the latter wrote.
