First look at Josh Brolin as Jonah Hex

The make-up looks good…

The first – presumably unofficial - pics of Josh Brolin in costume and make-up as gunslinger Jonah Hex have gone online.

For those who don’t know the comic book character, he’s a post-Civil War warrior with a mean streak a mile wide and half a face – with a nasty, scarred visage on the other side.

The make-up is, on the set at least, fully practical – meaning that Brolin’s speech patterns will be a little mangled.

Still, he looks badass in this getup and it just makes us more excited to see the movie.
