First look at Keanu Reeves in 47 Ronin

Getting his samurai on

The first shot of an in-character Keanu Reeves in 47 Ronin has surfaced online at MarketSaw.

A robed-up Reeves was snapped by a fan at Shepperton Studios, and by the looks of things this could be his coolest role for some time.

In the film, Reeves will play an enigmatic outsider named Kai, who joins the titular gang of samurai in their quest to avenge the death of their master at the hands of an evil lord.

Commercials maestro Carl Rinsch is making his feature debut with the 18th Century epic.

You can see the full image of Reeves below, as well as a couple more cast members in character:

47 Ronin opens on 21 November 2012.

Basically Dalidab got banned for being cuntish but he's too stupid to think he might get banned again so he's making no effort to hide who he is. At least we know if he's actually genuinely offensive again we can just get him banned. I'd say though that whether he's allowed to stay or not should be up to the people he's been so offensive too. I don't care personally about his threats and abuse as I think he's pathetic but he's said some extremely hurtful things to others so he deserves anything he gets imho.

I actually really like Keanu Reeves, as though he's not the most talented actor in the world (read. pretty wooden), he's never been anything but honest about his own shortcomings. He works hard and he's overcome some huge obstacles in his private life so best of luck to him- this does sound a bit like Last Samurai (which I loved btw, some of Tom Cruise's best work by far and up there with Collateral), but Reeves definitely can pull off the martial arts training and the discipline and he's best in the 'man of few words' roles so we shall see. As far as you go Dalidab I don't believe you've changed in the slightest but I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. However if I see you abusing anyone about their sexuality, threatening them or wishing cancer up them I'll be following Heisenberg's example and emailing the powers that be to remove you.
