First official pic of The A-Team arrives!

Meet Hannibal's gang up close…

We've seen set pics and footage from a distance of the movie version of The A-Team, but now the first official look at the gang is here.

Yes, Bradley Cooper as Templeton "Faceman" Peck, Quinton Jackson as BA Baracus, Sharlto Copley as HM "Howlin' Mad" Murdock and Liam Neeson as John "Hannibal" Smith are all here, in front of a tough-to-see shot of their van.

So how do they look? Well, Cooper's certainly got the smooth suit charm of Face down, and we're glad to see Jackson sporting a mohwak-style head shave.

Murdock, of course, is all in the mannerisms, but Copley has the hat and the jacket, and we're sure he's got the chops to pull off a Dwight Schultz special.

And then there's Neeson who hasn't looked much like George Peppard until this pic and the resemblance is a little spooky even if, as some twitterers have pointed out, it does all look a little like a Halloween set.

Still, scope out the picture for yourself (you can see it blown up to massive scale at Slash Film) and let us know your thoughts…

The stills looks pretty damn cool to me. lets hope the film kicks a*s because if it doesn't it will have raped my childhood like, The new indiana jones, star wars episode 1, starsky and hutch, the dukes of hazzard et al did. Lets hope in 2012 Airwolf starring Zack Efron doesn't come out. anyway i'm going off on a dangent, this looks great. Neeson is an inspired casting choice.

I just thought i would mention that airwolf with zack efron coming out 2012, isn't actually planned. I just think that it wouldnt suprise me if it did to furthermore molest my childhood. Airwolf with Sam Rockwell as Stringfellow Hawk would be awesome.

You know bum2004, I really hope this does "rape your childhood". That way you and the rest of the online sub-culture of movie nerds can grow up for a change and move on from your hyperbolic attitudes. You're probably part of the same group of people who complain about lack of originality, yet you clearly just want the same thing over and over again. None of those films raped your childhood, because they weren't part of it. They were part of your adulthood. Now I'm assuming you're not actually an adult, but when you mature a little, you'll realize that these named sequels, remakes, etc. are not trying to duplicate the originals. They're their own product. The sooner you realize this, the happier you'll be. Episode 1 wasn't the original trilogy, and Indy 4 didn't have Nazi's and a Christian artifact ala Raiders/Last Crusade. None of these films tried to cash in and merely duplicate what they were known for. They tried something different. And online fools like yourself shun them for it. None of these films are trying to add anything to your childhood. A film cannot affect you past unless you have some deep psychological issues attached to it. Grow up, quit watching South Park aka satire for dummies, and try not to follow every opinionated trend that IMDB users tell you to have for a change.

Claptastic1980, lighten up you sadsack. A rather over the top and harsh veiwpoint on bum2004. All I think he is trying to say us that TV series that he held in high regard as a youngster have been made into mediocre modern day movies. This has tainted his memory of said TV shows. No need to slate the man quite so much for voicing his opinion. Sheesh!

I'm blown away by this picture, very surprised and to be honest I was never a big fan of the A-Team but I'm looking forward to this now, the paparazzi pictures did it no justice at all.

Aberskene - defender of free speech! He He! Honestly claptastic1980 your over reaction of a valid if slightly over the top point (the word rape shouldnt really be used lightly) is a little scary to say the least! Sounds like you need a little anger management before that rage takes hold. Anyways this is looking good - lets hope they get it right like they did with the new Star Trek reboot and have a little fun with it.
