The first poster for Paul WS Anderson’s The Three Musketeers has been released online and... well... it’s an odd one.
Resembling an old VHS cover, but sort of a bad old VHS cover, it’s all washed out and glowy, like they wanted to evoke an old school feel but Photoshop wouldn’t let them.
Christoph Waltz has some great bling going on, though, while Orlando Bloom is near unrecognisable at the top with that twirly mustache.
Alas, spare a thought for poor Mads Mikkelsen, who’s not at all pleased about being flashed by Matthew Macfadyen – wonder how he got the eyepatch?
Check out the poster below...

The Three Musketeers opens in 3D on 12 October 2011.

Bit strange indeed, but can't wait to see this. Always like musketeer movies, I just hope it will get good reviews.

Why have they made the kid in the middle look like Kate Beckinsale?

I don't know about the rest of you but I prefer my D'artagnan's to have gone through puberty and preferably be old enough to shave.
