They’ve done toys, creepy-crawlies, monsters, sea-creatures and superheroes... Now Pixar have added the world of Cars to their blend.
The movie is centred on the life of the world-famous racing car Lightning McQueen, who, en route to a big race, gets waylaid in a little town called Radiator Springs. There he meets some interesting pick-ups and old bangers as well as a tasty little Porsche that leaves him for dust.
Written and directed by John Lasseter, the animated-comedy boasts the vocal talents of Owen Wilson, Paul Newman, Bonnie Hunt and Michael Keaton.
The flick handbrake turns into multiplexes on 28 July but you can click here to watch the trailer.
