As he gears up for directing Antarctic thriller Whiteout, helmer Dominic Sena is gathering more cast members to star alongside Kate Beckinsale.
The Good Shepherd’s Gabriel Macht has snagged the male lead, playing a UN operative who is helping a US Marshal (Beckinsale) solve a murder before the continent’s long, dark winter begins. The catch is they only have three days left in which to collar the suspect.
Tom Skerritt and Columbus Short (last seen in Step Up) will also be joining the cast for the movie, which has been adapted from Greg Rucka’s comic book miniseries by Jon and Erich Hoeber. Sena is shooting right now in Canada.
