George Clooney voicing Fantastic Mr Fox

It looks like Wes Anderson just can’t get enough of Jason Schwartzman or Bill Murray. He’s worked with Schwartzman several times and Fantastic Mr Fox will mark his fifth collaboration with Murray.
Oh, but he’s also about giving young up-and-comers a chance, too.
The Life Aquatic’s Cate Blanchett is already signed to voice the title character’s wife, while one George Clooney will bring the Fox himself to tonsular life.
We’ll have to wait a while, though – Anderson has stressed to MTV that it’s a ways off yet. “It will take a couple of years to do the animating,” he blabbed. “It’s stop-motion. It’s like Nightmare Before Christmas or those Christmas specials. These characters have fur, so it’s not like Claymation.”
And it sounds like a challenge… “The settings will be very natural. We want to use real trees and real sand, but it’s all miniature.” Interesting. And, if we know Anderson, quirky.
