Green Hornet has its Kato
Taiwanese singer/actor Jay Chou nabs the role

After a long search to replace Stephen Chow, Michel Gondry and the Green Hornet team have picked Jay Chou to play Kato.
Taiwan-born Chou is something of a phenomenon in Asia, as an accomplished musician who more recently began appearing in movies, and notched up a role in Zhang Zimou's The Curse Of The Golden Flower.
And Gondry seems happy with the choice. “Jay is incredibly unique and charming and fights like a wild dog!" he said in a press release, sounding somewhat like a villain introducing his fight-ready henchman.
"When I filmed him next to Seth, they had such great chemistry, and I knew the movie will be great."
Well, that remains to be seen, but at least it looks like the Hornet now has a full cast in place...
