When we saw Variety’s story on Crowley we thought the title meant Harrison Ford had signed on to play dabbler-in-the-dark-arts Aleister Crowley.
Sadly, it’s nothing quite so intriguing, but rather the real-life story of John and Aileen Crowley, whose children were born with a rare genetic disorder. When existing medicine couldn’t help, they sought help from a researcher touting a possible cure. Ford will play the science whizz in the film, with What Happens In Vegas helmer Tom Vaughan pondering the director’s chair.
