Heath Ledger has received a Golden Globe Nomination for Best Supporting Actor, marking the only nod to The Dark Knight by the awards body.
Fincher's The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, Frost / Nixon and Doubt led the pack, gaining five nominations each. The Reader, Revolutionary Road and Slumdog Millionaire weren't far behind, clocking up four a piece.

For such amazing insults as "How about I send you a hobo's dick cheese", and seeing him strut his stuff during the closing credits was frickin hilarious. Granted, when you put it next to Ledgers Joker it does look a little out of place, but its still nice to see comedy roles get nominated, coz it happens so bloody rarely. And it's not about screen time, its about impact. Just knowing that bat-s**t crazy mogul was Tom Cruise was absolutely hilarious.
