Usually you find Hugh Weaving sticking on a pair of elf ears and helping the fellowship, throwing on a mask and taking down a dystopian British government, or putting on shades and beating up Keanu Reeves.
But he’s switching back to more indie fair for Glendyn Ivin’s The Last Ride. It’s the tale of a young lad who accompanies his father on a road trip. Only this isn’t a family holiday – his dad’s a criminal on the run.
