Indy 4 is the most mistake ridden film of 2008

Considering the fact Spielberg and his mates had nearly 20 years to prepare for their Last Crusade follow-up, you'd have thought they'd have spent some of that time researching the decade in which they planned to set it.
Sadly, according to the three pages of errors over at Movie Mistakes, they apparently thought their Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull prep time would be better spent working on CGI animatics of comedy gophers.
Still, those gophers were worth it, right?
