The first official pics of QT’s Basterds surface

Two official pictures from Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Basterds have cropped up online.

The images feature two of the film’s main stars – international movie star Diane Kruger as Bridget Von Hammersmark and rising young wannabe actor William Bradley Pitt, who plays Lt Aldo Raine.

Pitt looks darn good as Raine, boasting the neck scar mentioned in the script and the sort of cocky-yet-lethal stare we’d have hoped for from the character.

Let The Bodies Hit The Floor

Having walked through Howard Berger’s KNB effects workshop for a different piece, our man in LA can report that the film will not skimp on the body count – the place was swarming with dead Nazi soldiers.

Well, models of them, anyway.

The film should open next summer – and now we want to see a teaser trailer, QT. Schnell!
