There’s more casting news skirting the line between truth and rumour today, with word that Wedding Crashers’ Bradley Cooper might be playing Face in The A-Team movie.

Cooper’s been the subject of recent rumours surrounding The Green Lantern, but IESB caught up with him at the junket for The Hangover, where he denied the Lantern news (which doesn't necessarily mean he's out) but seemed to leak his role as Face.

While nothing has been officially announced by the studio, it’s worth noting that Cooper’s exact words upon being asked about the news was, “"That's out already!?"

Oh, and he also continued, “Yeah... It’s Joe Carnahan's. It's very interesting. It'll be cool. It will be cool see what... He'll make a great movie out of it.”

So there you have it, folks. A sort-of confirmation. We won’t consider it official until we hear word, but it certainly seems like Cooper’s in.

He’s not a bad choice, either – we know he can play smooth, and he’s also got great comic chops. It’s also about time he got a decent leading role.
