Jennifer Aniston's going Travelling

She’s hopped aboard a drama with Aaron Eckhart

As one of the thesps in heavy demands due to next summer’s possible strike, Jennifer Aniston’s been loading up her schedule to the brim with films. She has at last two – a small part in She’s Just Not That Into You and a comedy called Management, with Steve Zahn – already on the books. And she was then supposed to move onto dog dramaedy Marley & Me, though that has (ahem) been postponed due to (cough) Owen Wilson’s recent troubles.

So a spot has fallen open and Universal, along with writer/director Brandon Camp have rushed to fill it with Travelling, a drama that will see Aniston co-star with Aaron Eckhart.

The plot finds Aniston playing a floral designer at a Seattle hotel who strikes up a relationship with a charming self-help guru hosting a weekend seminar on grief management. But as they become closer, she starts to make him realise that he really doesn’t believe what he teaches.

It’s the first job behind the camera for Camp, who previously wrote the dodgy Kevin Costner thriller Dragonfly. He’ll start shooting early next year.
