He’s kept Jack Bauer racing the clock for years on telly, but now 24 writer/producer Joel Surnow is bringing his penchant for OTT action to the big screen.
He’s agreed to pen an untitled thriller for Tom Cruise’s United Artists studio that Martin Campbell, who we reported yesterday as working on an update of Edge of Darkness will direct.
There’s no word on the plot, but you’ve got to wonder if this isn’t a plot by the Cruiser to find a new franchise to replace the Mission: Impossible films…
