John Cleese fights Klaatu

With Keanu Reeves currently slipping into the spacesuit of alien invader Klaatu, the remake of The Day The Earth Stood Still has added Brit funnyman John Cleese to an already stellar cast.
Cleese plays physicist Dr Barnhardt, a Nobel Prize laureate who “plays a key part in figuring out the mission and meaning of the arrival of the alien Klaatu”. Does it want a shrubbery?
Jennifer Connelly, Kathy Bates and Jaden Smith also star in the remake of the 1951 apocalyptic sci-fi classic, due out this Christmas.
