Josh Brolin’s Jonah Hex has found his nemesis: John Malkovich has signed on to the Warners adaptation of the DC Comics title.
Brolin signed months ago as a former confederate soldier-turned-bounty hunter who carries a horribly scarred face and a bad attitude to life.
Now Malkovich is on board to play his main enemy – a rich Southern plantation owner who wrongly blames Hex for the death of his son.

We’re looking forward to what Horton Hears A Who director Jimmy Hayward will do, and with these two squaring off, it should be a good fight.
Hayward starts cranking the cameras this April, ready for a mid-2010 release date.

Are you glad Malkovich is playing the villain? Or are you worried he’ll go too far OTT?
