Justin Long signs on to Going The Distance

Justin Long has signed on to the lead in New Line’s new romantic comedy, Going The Distance.

Geoff LaTulippe wrote the script, which features a man and a woman in a long distance relationship who begin to realise they’d be happier dating someone close by.

Sounds like they just gave away the whole plot of the film right there – though this being a rom com, they’ll probably find a way to make it happen with each other.

Nanette Burstein (above) – who last helmed American Teen – is in the director’s chair.
