That Daniel Day-Lewis, eh? Not content with walking off with yet another shiny golden trophy at the Oscars, but he’s going to be surrounded by wonderful women for a couple of months this October shooting Rob Marshall’s film version of the musical Nine.
And yet another co-star has just been added, in the form of Kate Hudson. She’ll play a newly created character, Stephanie, a Vogue reporter working in Italy who grabs the attention of Day-Lewis’ film director. But she’s not the only one – he also has to deal with Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz, La Vie En Rose’s Marion Cotillard, Sophia Loren and Judi Dench. Tough life.
