Thanks to some superior comedy chops, Leslie Mann is getting cast in all sorts of comedies these days.
Her latest assignment is playing Jim Carrey’s long-suffering wife in I Love You Phillip Morris. The comedy will feature Carrey as a man who gets sent to the slammer and ends up falling in love with his cellmate (Ewan McGregor). His emotional attachment leads him to attempt escape multiple times.
The Hollywood Reporter is hitting the showers.
