Lohan responds to arrest reports

Lindsay Lohan has responded to the reports of her arrest - and she's not happy.
Speaking (via email) to Access Hollywood, Lohan said (wrote): "I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."
Santa Monica Police have confirmed details of the incident. Lohan was arrested early Tuesday morning on suspicion of drunken driving. Authorities said Lohan refused to submit to a Breathalyzer test, but agreed to other field sobriety tests, and failed.
We hope Lindsay is as innocent as she claims, 'cause despite her current troubles, she's a decent actress. Mean Girls is ace.
