Lost marathon lands in London

Watch all 121 episodes back-to-back

Lost, the head-scratching hit TV series from J.J. Abrams, may have shelved its mysteries after six seasons of island-set tension cranking, but it’s about to hit the big screen for the very first time.

In a UK first, Leicester Square’s Prince Charles Cinema will be holding an epic Lost marathon - the first ever public TV marathon - that will see them airing all 121 episodes back-to-back.

Yeah, and you thought the Lord Of The Rings flicks were long. How about 80 continuous hours of Lost action? We advise taking a pillow, some jimjams and a hearty packed lunch.

“We’re thrilled to host such an exciting event and look forward to keeping our cinema running all day and all night for as long as it takes!” said Gregory Lynn, the cinema’s director.

The Lost Marathon will kick off on Monday 13 September (yup, you’ll need to use up some of those holiday days), and will finish up on Thursday 16 September. Handily, paramedics will be on site just in case anybody finds the whole experience too overwhelming - or starts hallucinating polar bears.

There are only 280 seats available, so this should sell out pretty quickly. To pre-register, drop an email here.

As much as I love totalfilm, you guys have to get lost right. JJ Abrams didnt play a big role since the 1st series. Say Damon Lindelof in future please :)
