We love method acting. It allows us to see what the bold and the beautiful would like if they sat in front of the internet all day, like us.
And it seems Matt Damon's been reaching for the Krispy Kremes and hitting 'refresh' for the past few months in preparation for his role in The Informant.
But don't worry Damon fans, he'll have to turn that fat back into muscle soon - he'll next be seen in Human Factor, Clint Eastwood's South Africa set rugby drama.
