Ben Stiller can dry his manly tears – while Owen Wilson might have dropped out of his new DreamWorks comedy Tropic Thunder, Stiller has found someone to replace him in the cameo role.
Matthew McConaughey has somehow managed to find a spare week in his otherwise busy life to mosey on down to Hawaii to shoot a role in the film that sees a gang of actors shooting a war film on a remote island who become caught up in an actual conflict - with hilarious consequences!
Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr, Bill Hader, Steve Coogan and Nick Nolte are already busy on the film, which McConaughey will briefly crop up in. We’re not sure he’d have been as quick had it been an offer to work in a Polish winter…
