Nasty neck wound, too.
Still, Resident Evil: Retribution is the fifth film in the series so it's no wonder she looks like John McClane after a night out at Nakatomi Plaza. All that's missing is the vest.

Strikes me as being an excessive amount of bad guys required to give Alice a couple of 'shaving cuts'. Seriously, from this photographic evidence, her only enemy is Gillette...
