Morgan Freeman looking at Dirty Old Men

He's attached to the comedy…

Morgan Freeman is looking to star in a new comedy for Warner Brothers that Peter Segal may direct.

Formerly titled Dirty Old Men, the script is by Josh Cagan and Greg Coolidge, and finds an aging playboy who finally meets the love of his life, only for his best pal and wingman of 40 years (Freeman) to decide the happy couple need to split.

Apparently Warners is thinking that Jack Nicholson might be tempted to join his Bucket List co-star in the film, but while he knows about the idea, he's apparently not sold on it yet.

Segal, meanwhile, is itching to direct after the success of Get Smart and while the DC comic adaptation Shazam is still lumbering through development hell…

Is a reunion of the Bucket List acting team a good plan? Or a terrible one?
