To be honest, we haven’t been all that excited about the post-millennium reworking of Wes Craven’s slasherific A Nightmare on Elm Street.
The full trailer, released some weeks back, did little to stir our inner hellraiser. And, apart from that, buzz has been minimal.
But now a behind the scenes look at the film has popped up on YouTube, and seems a little more promising.
Lifted from the US DVD release of The Final Destination, it’s basically an extended trailer with added juicy visuals and some soundbites from those involved.
All the Elm Street staples are present and correct – bathtub attack, bloody body bag at school - as well as a few new tricks (the eyes have it).
We also get a glimpse at new Krueger Jackie Earle Haley in the make-up chair.
