Last night also saw the debut of the new TV spot for Fast & Furious 6, in which Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel find themselves on the same team for a spot of “vehicular warfare”.
Johnson’s character is keen to snare a military convoy by employing Diesel and his posse to take them down. In exchange? Full pardons for their law-breaking antics in the last movie.
“We’ve graduated to a whole new level,” explains Johnson, and sure enough, the usual raft of supercars have now been joined by fighter jets and even a tank! Expect the adrenaline to flow freely…

We don’t know about you, but by our book this one delivers everything you’d hope for from a Fast & Furious trailer, with hair-raising driving, macho one-liners and the odd fist fight all present and correct.

Directed by Justin Lin and co-starring Michelle Rodriguez, Luke Evans and Ludacris, Fast & Furious 6 will open in the UK on 24 May 2013.
