Wreck-It Ralph has released a new trailer featuring many more familiar videogame faces, including cameos for the likes of Sonic, Kano and Frogger.
John C. Reilly voices Ralph, the smash-happy bad guy from popular videogame Fix-It Felix. After 30 years of playing the villain, Ralph is sick and tired of being hated, and wants to try his hand at heroism for a change.
So, instead of turning up for work as usual, Ralph makes the leap to a first-person shooter called Hero's Duty, inadvertently putting the denizens of his old game at risk in the process.
Take a look at the new trailer, below…
For anybody who grew up playing videogames in the '80s and '90s, this one is clearly going to be a nostalgia-fest of the highest order. We particularly liked the scene in which Felix resurrects after a nasty accident in traditional extra-life fashion.
Directed by Rich Moore and starring the vocal talents of Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch and Sarah Silverman, Wreck-It Ralph opens in the UK on 15 February 2013.

I have to say when I first saw this, I thought it looked rubbish but I actually think I may see this at the cinema now. Not with the missus though, she won't know who half the characters are!
