The Amazing Spider-Man has continued its considerable promotional push with a trio of new TV spots as well as a new featurette focussing on Rhys Ifans' villain, The Lizard.
The new spots largely comprise mashed-up footage from the previous trailers, although there's a definite emphasis on action this time around, as Spidey swings from the clutches of the NYPD's finest, firing off blasts from his web-dispensers as he does so.
Elsewhere, there's also a behind the scenes featurette that's been doing the rounds recently, focussing on The Lizard: the character's motivations, how he relates to Peter Parker and how his alter-ego was brought to life.
Check out the new spots and featurette below…
It's intriguing to see The Lizard in full at last, speaking actual lines of dialogue as well as smashing everything to pieces. He still looks a little too smooth and obviously CGI to us, although hopefully he'll blend in nicely to the finished article.
The Amazing Spider-Man will open in the UK on 3 July 2012.
