Who’d have thought that a stint on Skins could lead to a megabucks Hollywood career? Nicholas Hoult, that’s who.
The young actor’s invasion of Tinseltown is set to continue apace, with word that the Single Man and X-Men: First Class star has signed up to book adap Warm Bodies.
Based on Isaac Marion’s novel of the same name, the story follows a tormented zombie called R (Hoult) who becomes friends with a girl intended as one of his victims.
Their newfound bond sets off a chain reaction that will turn him, other zombies and the whole lifeless world into something new.
Hoult is next shooting Bryan Singer’s Jack The Giant Killer, and will then film Warm Bodies this summer.
Jonathan Levine of indie hit The Wackness will direct.
