Nikolaj Coster-Waldau talks Game Of Thrones season four

Exclusive: “I miss the mud!”

In issue 217 of Total Film magazine, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau reveals that it's all change for Jaime Lannister in season four of Game Of Thrones.

Inside the issue - which is available for just £1.99 on your iPad - the Danish star talks about his character's return to King's Landing, which includes a shift away from muddy location shoots.

"I really liked the fact that the Prince Charming hair is gone," he jokes of season four.

"Although I miss the mud, to be honest! But one of the great things about being on the show is that it changes and you get to do different things every year."

Coster-Waldau's next film, The Other Woman, opens on 23 April 2014. Season four of Game Of Thrones starts on 7 April on Sky Atlantic.

      Jaime Lannister is my favorite character from the books and Nikolaj has really given the role justice, I can't imagine anyone else playing him.
