Despite the fact that Harvey Two-Face went to the big asylum in the sky at the end of The Dark Knight many Batfans have been clambering for his return in Batman 3. Sadly, according to Aaron Eckhart, it's not happening.
"No, I'm not coming back. I think unfortunately, Heath [Ledger] was supposed to go on and that didn't work out. I'm nobody. I'm a cog. I have no say over this sort of stuff. I'm sure that there's so many other characters that they could whip together. I heard Angelina Jolie was going to be Catwoman or something like that. I thought that was a great idea. I'd like to be in that one," he told Coming Soon.
We'd like to be in that one too, Aaron.

I think Two-Face should be back... not necessarily in the next film but maybe after. just a brief cameo in Arkham, along with the back of a certain Joker, and the Scarecrow if need be in this third film.... along with a Dr. Harleen Quinzel!!
personally in the 3rd movie I'd like to see Bane and Black mask, maybe even the charlatan or (the great white) shark and Jane Doe??? along with the introduction of Jean Paul Valley ready for the inevitible of when Bruce Wayne can know longer be Batman!!!!
