Still waiting for her career to truly take off, Penelope Cruz nonetheless continues to book jobs.
Her next planned job film is Passion India, an adaptation of writer Javier Moro’s novel. The story is based on the true-life tale of a 17-year-old flamenco dancer who caused a scandal by agreeing to marry an Indian maharaja and settling in India.
Cruz will be joined by co-stars from Bollywood, and the movie plans to shoot in Spain and India. But before she can work on Passion, she’s busy filming Manolete, a bullfighting epic in which Adrien Brody uses his nose to ward off the horned ones. Okay, a cape. But admit it - you’d pay to see him use that schnoz.
